These Terms govern your use of Aplicco, an independent tool that helps you prepare — but never submit — your U.S. DS-160. By using Aplicco you agree to these Terms.
What Aplicco is
Aplicco is a preparation assistant. It helps you understand and organize DS-160 questions. Aplicco does not submit the DS-160 to CEAC or any government system, and it does not provide legal advice.
Your responsibility for accuracy
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of the information you enter and ultimately submit to the U.S. government. Aplicco does not verify your answers against official records.
No guaranteed outcome
Only the U.S. government can decide the outcome of a visa application. Aplicco makes no promise or guarantee regarding approval, wait times, or eligibility.
Payments
Aplicco is billed per artifact generated — a preparation document or an AI mock-interview session. There is no subscription. Government visa and MRV fees are never collected by Aplicco.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aplicco is provided "as is". This section, including any liability caps, requires legal review before publication.
